Processing Your Catch

We've got it covered!

Immediately upon returning to camp your catch will be expertly cleaned, cut into fillets, vacuum sealed in meal-sized portions, and frozen to preserve top-quality freshness. At no extra charge we box your catch in approved airline wetboxes.

Since your fish is frozen before your return trip, the fillets generally are still frozen when you get home, ready to go into your freezer.

Some guests enjoy participating in packing their own fish.
